Abstract: The article discusses various reports published within the issue, including one about the status of research on the early manifestations of autism spectrum disorders, literature on the power of subclinical symptoms of depression and anxiety to predict the subsequent onset of major depressive disorder, and whether or not prodromes can be defined for substance use disorder or for any child and adolescent mental disorders.
